About this position

You are a true gatekeeper when it comes to the projects you own. You will ensure that everything and everyone runs smoothly to deliver your project successfully from start to finish. To succeed in this, you keep close contact with all the various stakeholders involved (you always know what's going on in their minds), and you can challenge them strategically.
Thanks to your strategic insights, we expect you to be capable of analyzing the situation 'as is' and developing a strategy to get to a 'to be' situation. You can determine your client's long-term direction, taking into account all the elements involved, delighted to deliver something that does create real added value for the customer.
You are someone who knows how to maintain team spirit even in difficult circumstances. You are a go-to person that realizes that the whole is often greater than the sum of its parts. As a result, you teach and encourage others to work better and more efficiently together so you can achieve peak performance as a team.
Besides your job as a consultant at The Master Labs, you are regularly a teacher. This means that you provide training to our customers and partners through our own The Master Labs Academy, the most extensive training provider in business and digital transformation. In addition, in collaboration with our e-learning platform, The Master Channel, we also develop online courses. In this way, we share our knowledge with the outside world, so we don't only bring our people but also the broader business community to a higher level.
